I wouldn't call it "dumb", but it is misleading, low and dishonest. He's basically just buying some cheap advertising in an improper forum. eBay should have a quick link where you could report this stuff.

Some moron at my work "bought" a new dell laptop "buy it now" like that for $20. Idiot managed to somehow paypal the money to the seller TWICE and then got a link to Dell's online store or something.
