Advice needed: Monitor juts out from cabinet

Well, it looks like there are two ways to approach this:
1) cut an open area in the back panel for the yoke to stick through, make a box to cover it, and move the monitor rails back so the monitor doesn't stick out.
2) extend the side rails on the cab forward and attach your bezel/plexi to the extends.

can you mount hte monitor to the back of the rails (behind the wood) instead of in front of?
not sure, but some time the obvious things get missed....

Dude, the problem is your rails. Lower the rails and the whole monitor moves DOWN (vertically down--I'm not talking about moving it BACK where the neck will get inthe way of the back door). Down a few inches is all you need.
