How much are hydraulics?

no kiddin!  i mean what good is a racing game without head on head action..
so thats 2 minumum..

 Games like Afterburner and Outrun used heavy duty motors instead of hydraulics.   Usually hydraulics  are a bit slow in reaction time... so drifty games are good with them.  But for fast jolts - motors or selenoids are the best.  A combination of all 3 would be great.

 I had been thinking of trying dual motors idea.   Wouldnt be too hard to wire it up.  However... I dont have the time,  space or $ for that right now.

theres an incredible amount of math involved in transalting and orchestrating 6 degrees of freedom into something cohesive. let alone translate into a set of feelings you can recognize (drift, accelerate decellerate,turn) and firthermore to apply movements to real time events in a video game.
Even if you built a custom hexapod, you would have to custom build software and drivers to run with it..
