shucks on the compliment!!

and yes, it is a tad dusty, but not from disuse  ;D.

and yes, that makes sense now. the cabs would have been made by one company (which would have been Leisure & Allied Industries). i guess they would have bought from various manufacturers and installed in just a few designs. that probably answers my question in another thread on whether or not that classic 'galaga' cab was used in australia or not. im guessing not  :(  i so would love to buy a classic and restore...

Games in Australia come in two basic varieties. Games L&A licensed and placed in their own cabs, and bootleg games in L&A cabinets!

hehe. thats why the last 3 pcbs i saw on ebay.com.au were bootlegs!!

i feel a jamma replica coming on then if there is little hope of me finding a classic like a galaga upright. a new home for lonely pcbs!! once i have some money of course, little matter of paying my tax to get out of the way...

I went to the www.bumper.com.au auction last sunday... they had about 4 cocktails for sale and you wouldn't believe what they sold for... Around $800-$1200 each!  :o I was surprised, esp. since I bought my own cab for $50 a few years back.
