arcade monitor + Windows + JPAC

has anyone gotten this particular configuration to work?  what are you using slice?  no jpac?  I had moderate success with your powerstrip settings but I'm using a different radeon card (8500 all-in-wonder) and it's not really working.  I can't get a stable picture (and I've adjusted the pots on the back quite a bit)

anyhow, just want to know if I'm missing something here.  I may try a different videocard.  still thinking about giving up and buying a tv, but not sure how well it'll fit in the cab yet.  decisions decisions..
