as the title says, i feel foolish to ask this, as when i find out itll prolly be so obvious :D anyways, i ordered the ipac2 from ultimarc and also the wiring kit that comes along with it (look at pic to see the tool). i cant figure out how to crimp the quick disconnects on to the wires that were provided with the kit. thx again, Apu |

Stick a wire in the quick disconnect hole and then squeeze it shut w/ the crimping tool....(use the part with the red dot on it. |

You both are right actually! :-) The top part of the tool with the Red, Blue, and Yellow Dots are for Insulated connectors. The back part of the tool is for NON-Insulated connectors. If you crimp an insulated connector with the non-insulated part, it will still work, but you'll stand a change of destroying your plastic insulation. Mike B |
