Need XBOX Joystick for Handicapped Friend

A good pal, (known in the video online world as MrNasty), is in a wheelchair and has crippled hands. He plays by putting 1 hand on the joystick, and hits the buttons with the bone at the top of his wrist. He was a great player on NFL2K and was in the top  5 worldwide on Speed Devils Online. Unfortunately the currently available joysticks are missing the analog sticks found on the gamepads. Thus he cannot fully play some of the  XBOX games.
