Defender/Stargate Panel Help

Actually if you are sure on the whole Stargate/Defender thing then just order yourself a reproduction Stargate overlay and a new Stargate joystick from arcadeshop.com, and install them in whatever you wish.

Or, I DO have an entire Stargate panel (a Defender one as well), but me having them isn't going to help you much.

It NEEDS to be a Stargate overlay, as Defender doesn't have the inviso button. I made the mistake of choosing a Defender cabinet and thus can't play Stargate.

www.jakobud.com has the Defender and Stargate measurements, using his plans you could build exact replicas :)

paigeoliver,

I took your advice and ordered a stargate CPO from arcadeshop.com, just to be sure :-) one thing though they were out of stargate/defender joysticks and had no ETA. Can you tell me where else i can get an original/replica/2 way joystick for use with my panel?

BTW thanks a lot you guys are a great help!!!
paigeoliver:
I have one terrible original, and a few compatible ones, but I am not really sure where exactly they are (I have a lot of stuff).

Look for other 2-way joysticks on ebay, or you can rig an 8-way. If you are making your own panel it is fairly easy to use a different kind of 2-way than the original one.

I noticed that, what is your opinion on this?

(I installed a spinner on James Brown)
