  I just got my order from Amazon and the CD is cracked.  Can I e-mail someone my recipt and get a copy?  I think it's  cool as long as we both own the rights.  Saint?

I am really getting frustrated.  The first copy of the book I got didn't even have the CD.  I returned it, and now I was sent a book with a cracked CD.  Grrrrrr...

I'm glad to see I am not the only one with this problem.  I'm fed up with Amazon.  What is the best way to handle this?
