maybe im alone in this - but i found that my buttoms screwed down were secure enough to hold the plexi down. to t-mold around the edge was fine too. everything is secure with no flappy bits. garry |

In my old CP I used #8 screws with finishing washers. On my current CP I just let the buttons do the work. --Chris |

I paint my lexan control panels from underneath with paint desinged for painting lexan remote control car bodies. After paint dries I epoxy to control panel surface. You could just as easily put a bolt in each corner and allow the buttons to hold the lexan in place. |
