I think some of you are having it thr wrong way... This is not suppose to be a SIMULATOR or EMULATOR in any way...

Just think of all the NEW pinball they'll be able to do with this...

And having 2 or 3 different games in a same machine could interest Arcade owner ...

another interesting point, in the one i saw, the second game was not a PINBALL...

This machine could be a interesting platform for new games...

One word EVOLUTION :)

Doubtful since it's Visual Pinball (the simulator) and Virtual Pinball (the game cab)

Whoops, my bad.  Shows you how long it's been since I played VP.

Actually I think Pro Pinball's Big Race and Timeshock are the best simulators.  M$ simulators are very nice too, for simulatiing real tables.

It is a simulator though.  I doubt people will be up for some fake physics and such.  Yeah, you can come out with cool ideas that you couldn't do with a real pinball machine.

I'd rather have the real sights and sounds though.

Actually, I'm thinking:

"Damn, Plasma screen, that has to be expensive. And Plasma sucks, stuff has a brightness halflife of 3-5 years tops, so you'll be replacing the playfield often! Glad I won't be one of the first suckers to buy one of those!"

I wonder if you'll be able to get the same profit out of them that you can a traditional pin, but I'm not an Op so I won't be wondering too hard.

What the hell?

P.S. I like this idea, and agree w/ MadEditor...we're talking evolution here, not emulation. I can't imagine the type of hybrid games that could be played on a system like this. Uo Poko would be fun on this machine.
