You did some fine work. I am glad you found the original Bison art. I lost all of my original Photoshop stuff so I couldn't give you the orig unfortunately.
Swappable panels are a great concept...and even better for someone with electrical experience. What I did was install bolts inside the box of each panel. When one was installed, the bolts would go through the base of the CP box and into the surface of the cabinet.
When I want to switch, I lift the CP surface (with the hinges I installed), unscrew the bolts, make the CP switch, install the bolts again. Voila
For someone with electrical expertise, they can make much slicker the method of swapping out the electronics. I use Molex connectors, but for the longest time, it was manual...and ugly.
