| Removing Tape Goo from Lexan...? |
| (1/3) > >> |
| RetroJames:
I had to make some adjustments on a lexan CPO with a router so I put that blue painter's tape over the CPO to protect it. Most of the tape came off with no problems, but there is some residual goo. What could I use to get it off that is not going to scratch the heck out o this CPO? Thanks! |

I use an amazing product called "Goo Gone". It removes any kind of "gooey" substance from anything with little or no effort. Good luck. |

Contact Cleaner and a soft rag. you can buy this stuff in spray cans from the electrical supply section of home depot. dont use a product called Goof Off, it will almost melt the surface of the plastic. |

I've never heard of Goo Off but Goo Gone works on anything. |

this is the Goof Off product. I tried it on a classic Robotron marquee and while it did remove the sticker residue, it also melted the entire surface of the marquee. |
