Translucent Red? Am I colorblind?

Well the red from Bob looks damn orange when unlit, with light it looks more red, but I wish I had gotten cherry now. I went with red b/c I was rebuilding my Crystal Castles and the original had red...

I suggest wiring the LED's up yourself with a spare molex connector. You may have to maneuver your way through this but you can get that information on my site.

Also pick a LED color that you want the translucent item to replicate. A blue trackball will look blueish/green when lit with a white LED. I can imagine a red trackball being a light orange color when light shine through. Instead get a blue LED for a blue trackball...etc. Also you can get your LED's at superbrightleds.com the selection is vast and the illumination of the high powered 6 HED LED's is fantastic. If you are not familiar with resistors and such just get the 12-volt socket type very simple to install.
