Does anyone know where I can purchase a switch that is triggered by an infrared light beam being broken? Something that I could connect to an IPAC in the same way other microswitches connect. |

What's the actual application for what you're trying to do? You might get some better suggestions. Otherwise, most alarm parts work in this manner. You could get a PIR (probably get a used one for free if you talked to an alarm installer) and focus a very narrow beam (just use tape inside the lens). Most of these can function as either a Normally Open or Normally Closed switch and use 7 |
