Okay I want a 4 person, 6 button with a trackball set-up. We're a little worried about soldering, whats the other solution? I've seen things you can buy around $100ish, what does that involve? If there is a solution under $200 that will save me time I am all for it, any suggestions? |

Using an Ipac4 and female quick disconnects you shouldn't need to solder unless you plan on doing keyboard or mouse hacks. |

I like the Hagstrom Electronics keyboard encoders (KE72 and KE72-T). I like how it allows you to reconfigure the encoder via simple input file. I have multiple BAT files (one for each of the emulators I have on my cab) and by simply executing a BAT file, I can reconfigure the KE72 on the fly thus remapping my entire control panel to that emulator's default configuration mappings. |
