Noname Mame/ Analog+ Lightgun Fire button? |

Ok, I'm not really a newbie but I've been away so long this is a newbie question. In short, the cursor moves but the fire button does not do anything. I just went to the latest nonamemamexp (82u1 I think) and the problem began. Its fine with regular versions of mame but the same thing happens with the latest analog+. Its been some time since my last upgrade butr everything worked ok then, I would figure it out myself but I have people in town this weekend and just don't have time. If anyone knows, great. If not I'll just use the standard build. Here's the Analog+ settings I'm running with, TIA ### Input device options ### mouse 1 joystick 0 lightgun 1 dual_lightgun 0 offscreen_reload 1 steadykey 0 keyboard_leds 1 led_mode ps/2 a2d_deadzone 0.300000 # ctrlr <NULL> (not set) ### Analog+ options ### singlemouse 0 switchablemice 0 switchmiceaxes 0 splitmouseaxes 0 resetmouseaxes 0 lightgun2a 0 lightgun2b 0 multimouse_winxp 0 |

Try remapping the trigger to the fire button in Mame's tab menu. 1) While playing a lightgun game, press tab. 2) Select input (this game) 3) Select button one and configure it to be the fire button. Once you get one game to work, you should make the change in input (general) on the tab menu or better yet in your ctrlr.ini file (I don't usually use ctrlr.ini even though it IS the smart way to do it). |

I actually tried that a couiple hours ago. I also set it to use my std.ini ctrlr file with no luck. In the TAB menu it shows Mouse Button 0 as the correct button, and I am using the Act-Labs gun so you would think this would be correct... no luck still. |
