Broke wire.
(1/3) > >>
GameDork:
I have this Pacman almost ready to go together but I have a broke wire that goes to the "down" switch as you can see in the picture.  The end of the wire is still in the connector.

Where do I get the tool to take this end out of the connector?I have seen them before @ work but I can't find one now.

And how do I put a new end on it?
Magnet_Eye:
i have this problem with my two Happs optical sticks, the wires all broke from the molex, and i am pissed! need a solution!
Sylentwulf:
Technically, you need a molex remover and some new molex pins for the size molex connector you're using, both easily available from bob roberts.

A much harder solution is with a jewelers screwdriver, you can bend the tiny pins holder the connector in, and pull the connector out, bend the even tinier crimp holding the wire on, remove the old wire, and crimp the new wire back in. Then bend the pins back out, and insert the connector back into the molex.

Not that hard all in all, it's just VERY TINY pieces of metal.
SirPeale:
You can get a .093 Molex removal tool @ Radio Shack.
