There is no official tutorial, probably because the skins are really only one basic background image. If you want to write up some sort of tutorial though, I'd be happy to add it to my site. ;D

I'd be happy to put a tutorial together once I get some things figured out. I've never done this before so I'd need to learn a couple things first. I'm assuming you use the MAMEwah layout designer to do this?
