82 was a bumper year as well. On a classics per annum base I'd have to say 1981 too. Allthough I guess space invaders in 1978 (or 79?) is what made the whole scene take off (and Pac Man in 80 gave it a nice boost again). |

I remember living in Chuck E Cheese and Showtime Pizza in '81/'82.....ahhhh, those were the days. When times were hard, I would "sell my services" (i.e. gameplay intruction) to grown-ups trying to play in exchange for the almighty token. JEEYEAH! |
