opinions about oscar restrictor plate8,4,2,d?

hi folks somebody know which its the best option for get 8,4,2 diags controls(all in one)

i see the oscar pages but i need opinion before to purchase,

pros, cont and alternatives


and if this restrictor works with the happcontrol(mspacman/galaga 20 year control)this joystics come in 4 way by default, but i wan to get diags and ver 2 way

that its possible? or only work with the ultimate,competition and anoter large joystics
