Why can't you daisy chain the wires if they're all going to the same input? I was wondering the best way to wire multiple controls into the same joystick/button and a few people said the best method was to daisy chain them like I do with the ground wire. Is there a reason why daisy chaining them is not the best alternative?
SalmonKing:
Well, from my limited knowledge, it is like a circuit. If you were to wire them like this, the last button would work, but the other button would work only if all buttons after it in the chain were pressed. AFAIK, they are like gates, the signal needs an open path to get through. So if you were to press the 2nd in the chain, the 3rd & 4th 'gate' would need to be open (i.e. those buttons would need to be pressed) for the signal to get through.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong!

You could daisy chain them the same as your grounds. Like in my handy picture here:

You better clean up that wiring mess by the spinner before the spinner hacks those wires to pieces!!!! :o
