Optional and Id use it.  However, what I really mean is that if I had problems, Id use it to try to get help solving them.

You do understand that this is one step closer to providing full on support from you directly.

To be honest, Id rather see a community set up for peer support for DK.  It would be nice to have a small DK community forum for troubleshooting since this is the only outlet for DK currently...and it dosen't seem like there are many people here that use it.

The one nice thing about having an auto-reply setup (or if you have access to a webserver with JSP support, don't email, but send a request with the info.)..

Why?  because you could reply to the answers to the questions you sent out to others...  Fix the problem once, and then all who get it from that point on will get an auto reply with the last reply (with a note to email directly if it didn't work)

You'd be suprised.... I used to track the downloads.  Quite a few people have downloaded it and download it regularly.  The main difference between my fe and others is it's semi-easy to understand and very stable (most are one or the other).  There aren't a lot of questions regarding it because it works so well.  At least that's the hope.  :)

Not at all.

Spaced Invader:

I'd have no problems with it.
