Thanks so much for the offer but I am in Canada. Airfare might be even more than shipping ;D On a related note, have any cabinets used a non-lit marquee? This is going to be a very compact tabletop for my kids and I am not sure I want them to worry about turning the marquee on and off (and it might be a little too fun to do that if anyone with young kids knows what I mean...) I am hesitant to leave out the backlight without seeing some examples of cabs built that way. |

Sprint One, many ATW cabinets, and some other machines used unlit marquees. |

Home Depot sells metal corner pieces for a little over $2.00 . They are about 10 feet long and are colored white. I cut the pieces to size with a dremel, drilled the screw holes and painted them with black hammered spray paint I had left over from repainting a coin door. They work and look great. I'm at work so can't post any pics ATM but I can post some later if you want. |
