True, but the fact that a company delivers the promised product on time isn't something noteworthy. That's why people only report things that are below par (company saying the item is made ready for shipment and the next day that that there is no stock) or above par (like the story of Fat-Johnny where he was allowed to sent in his own sticks).

Companies don't get judged on doing the things they are supposed to do, they get judged on how they handle their business when things don't go exactly as planned.

For instance I'd rather not do business with a company that might behave erratic when something goes wrong (when the problem is their fault or even my fault).

People have already made up their minds. I wouldn't think nice words (or negative ones) would change anyones mind now.

Either people HATE Slik-Stik, or they think they're fine. There's no middle ground. A company that's abrasive and uber-defensive to detractors isn't going to find any customers sitting on the fence. Either they're going to accept that kind of behavior or they're going to find it repulsive and vote with their dollars elsewhere.
