YaBB code is case sensitive

I just learned (the hardway) that yabb code is case sensitive

[URL]  !=  [url]

it causes the the page to hang and the script to timeout.

Everyone probably already knows that... I couldn't figure out why I couldn't post/preview a topic until I figured that out and thought I should share....
