Older version of Daphne emulator?

Aha, Yes I had my suspicions when 0.99.7 was not on the daphne website (I thought I had just missed a release)....

For your info, 0.99.7cvs still reports problems with goal to go....

ErikRuud:

According to the version history, Goal to Go was added
in 99.4 and Broken in 99.6 when Cliff Hanger was
fixed.

The following sites have 99.5

http://www.sys2064.com/daphne.htm

http://www.arcadeathome.com/dl.phtml?arcade/daphne-0.99.5.zip|

This site has 99.4:
h t t p : //www.megagames.com/news/html/emulators/daphnev0994.shtml Bad site! Do not use this link.

Howard_Casto:

I really appreciate the trouble you've gone through but those links don't help a bit.

See GtG was broken as early as the 94 updates:

The 95 links work but the 94 link doesn't... not only that but it sends you to pop-up hell when you click on the link.  Next time try a link before you post it.  ;)

luckily arcade@home doesn't throw anything out

manually type in:

http://www.arcadeathome.com/dl.phtml?arcade/daphne-0.99.4.zip|

And it will take you to the daphne 99.4 page.....
I believe they have every single version of daphne, you'd just have to know the zip file name.

Thanks erik,

HAC

ErikRuud:

My bad on the 94 link, I think I must have grabbed the wrong one.

Like I said in my email, I had no way to test GtG, because I did not have the MPEG files.  Someone on the Daphne Forum said they were using 95 to run GtG.

I'm glad you found what you needed.

btoddkelley:

If you guys are unsuccessful at getting 99.4, I have it on my cab. It works with goal to go but I will tell you the game pretty much sucks. I am curious, does anyone know were to find a "side 2" mpeg. I ripped a disk I bought off ebay but the back side had a lot of laser rot. Would like to get a clean copy of side 2.
