8MG Trident TV OUT card...works?

Hey guys,
  Just wondering if the 8MG Trident TVOUT(important) works well with an arcade monitor.  I wanted the TVOUT just in case I decide to go with a TV...I figure 8MGs is enough for the older games, but what about the newer games like the CPS2 Games?
