Looking at the chart that you provided I would say that you need the 5.1k or 3.9k 1/4watt resistors. You can you a value as close to the 5k or 3.9k as possible. I would shoot for a 5k as they are really common. So at 12vdc get yourself a 5k and you should be fine.
