Arcade 1Up Street Fighter 2 (Shinku Hadoken edition) controls acting weird

Anyone encounter their Shinku Hadoken cabinet suddenly have sluggish, basically none working controls? this happened out of nowhere, and I'm trying to figure out how to fix it.

I checked all the connections, and it seems fine, but this just happened out of nowhere. Any tips appreciated!
