Outrun : Missing Left road & voice 4

Hello,

I've had an OutRun upright arcade cabinet for years now. It used to work fine, but I had to store it two years ago, and after two moves, I tried to power it up again today. It starts up and you can play, but the left road is missing and sound voice 4 isn’t working. Does anyone have any advice on what I should check on the PCB? The PCB is 837-6063-01.

I ran the Test software on the cabinet.  All RAM are ok  ,   some sound effect are missing (but not all)  , and Voice 4 test is mute.  On musics a voice is clearly missing as well.
