Quick connector for wires

Sounds like you just want a straightforward wiring harness. Which one really depends on how many wires you have running between the two sides.
DB25 are nice because they're made to reliably attach and unattach easily. If you're comfortable getting a little DIY, you can probably just buy a cable, strip it and start connecting.
