A question regarding insert coins / credits software

Hey everyone i hope your all doing OK.

I have a question I hope it will make sense.

I have been playing around with differant front ends and there are a few I really like but id really like to be able to have the option for a credit (coin) selection like on the pandoras box, is there a way or some kind of software that can achive this ?.

I know games like mame already have the credit option but there are a few games such as pc games that would work great with a coin option.

I hope i have made some kind of sense.
