New Cabinet: best size and monitor angle

Assuming he's using mm for width it comes out to about 22". Mine is at 20" width and I brought the arcade adjustable legs as far forward as I could get them. Even at  a 22" width,  I would do the same. When my nephews start battling each other they aren't too gentle or worried about tipping the cab. So far no problems feels pretty stable.
