JVL Retro don't boot

Hi all

I have bought a jvl retro with a dongle 8 french
the problem is that i had a problem with the card
So i bought a new card with itouch9 and a dongle 9 US
the jvl is trying to boot and stop with the message " Oops! unsopported hardware"
i tried different ram module and same result

somebody had this error?
