| NBA on NBC HDD replacement problem (due to VER 2.0E) |

Hi everyone, I managed to get my hands on a "NBC on NBC" cabinet. The HDD is definitely dying, since it sometimes spins and boots up, while sometimes it does not at all. The hard drive is a revision 2.0E. I have experience creating CF drives, so I gave it a go, but unfortunately without success, since the only CHD I was able to find is a version 2.0, which is not accepted by the security chip I guess (halts on loading screen at some point). Any suggestions? I'm in Europe, so it's a bit harder to get my hands on new security chip, that's why I'm trying to find the REV 2.0E CHD. Thanks, Martin |
