LoadLibrary failed with error 126, any way to fix it?

Im trying ton install emudrivers on windows 11 for my r5 430, driver installs just fine but I get this error LoadLibrary failed with error 126, anyone knows how to fix it without uninstalling the driver? thanks for your time.
