GRID arcade LAN setting for 2 players racing cab (Teknoparrot) - Help needed

Does anyone have this game working on LAN? having trouble finding the right .ini settings

Would appreciate it if anyone could share the shelldata.ini. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I found the solution for the issue I had after reading here a little bit , one of the user mentioned to make sure to edit the following data as well beside the .ini files:
edit sega\grid\debug\config.xml
<sega_shell
        shell_path="c:\sega\Shell"
        shell_data_path="c:\sega\ShellData\"
        shell_data_ini_path="c:\sega\ShellData\ShellData.ini"
        shell_game_ini_filename="Game.ini"
        shell_game_settings_ini_path="c:\sega\ShellData\GameSettings.ini"
        shell_shutdown_time_limit="60"

Same goes for Sega Rally 3, effectively. And probably Ford Racing as well.
