Wells Gardner U3000 V-Size won't change

I just picked my MAME Cabinet up out of my storage unit, its been sitting in there for 5 years... I turned it on and the v-size is very narrow, and no matter how I adjust the POT, it won't change size. I measured the 100k ohm POT with my DMM and it was fine. I'm not really sure where to look next. Any advice would be much appreciated.
