Power button for Dell Optiplex 3020
Phreakwars:
The 3020 uses a proprietary power lead that is smaller than a typical DuPont connector. You can get an adapter to use a regular power button from here: https://store.harbinrepairs.com/index.php/product/dell-optiplex-390-3010-3020-front-panel-header-adapter-3pc-kit/
Bloodta:
I do have the ultra small form factor optiplex 3020 if that matters.
Warborg:
I have some SFF Lenovo systems and the switch is mounted directly to the mobo... I ended up just soldering a couple of leads to the pins of the switch and running them out of the case to an arcade button. On top of that, you can also enable "Power on after power loss" in BIOS and can just switch off/on the power strip for the system to power it up as well.
