Its there a way to use touchtunes hardware with windows?

lilshawn:
Linear Technology LT1054

this is already a pretty universal part number (kinda like the LM7805) you should be able to find it from quite a number of companies (such as the Analog Devices one you linked as well as Texas instruments, etc.)

the "617" is just a production/date code

Is it common for this monitors to turn off randomly? I cant find the cause, I suspect the power source, but I'm not really sure. The monitor turns off randomly but powering on and off will turn the monitor on again...

lilshawn:
usually if the monitor is blanking out, and power cycling it "fixes" it for a bit, it's the backlight inverter. usually you can just change the capacitors on the board and it will behave itself.

I think the board you have there will have a pair of 390uf 35volt caps on it. it's a weird value... so you can swap them for 330uf caps without much issue or 470uf, but the space is a little tight... so you may have to trim a bit of the metal cover protector if you go with the bigger value (often caps are larger physically in size) 330uf is better than a dead 390uf that probably has 10uf left and is more of a resistor than a capacitor.

sometimes you can power them off and back on and they will stay on, so the temptation is just to keep it running like this, but you end up blowing out the switching fet's Q8,9,10,11 (STU411D) and you'll need to replace all 4 of them, as well as the caps and power fuse F1 for good measure (5 amps) since they will go short circuit and pop the fuse.

I think i found the fault, i am using the power source from the touchtunes to power the monitor and the less, I had some led cables stripped down but did not added any insulation as apparently no cables were exposed, anyway, I think the 12v had a very tiny cable exposed, so with the boom boom vibrations was touching a metal part of the juke, causing it to short for a second, enough to cause the monitor to turn off, I did added some electricians tape, and the issue seems to be gone, will keep testing, thanks Lilshawn ill keep an eye on those caps.

This case is closed now as the juke its currently for sale at a local location, I didn't bother with the bill acceptors as the last juke I sold, they are not using them hehehehe. I want to thank Lilshawnfor all the patience and help. Thanks for sharing the knowledge. So the juke ended up using the rocker touch lite software that uses YouTube for online music playing. and also I installed spotify with spicetify. The monitor seems t be working nice, no more blackouts. Ive always wanted to get a virtuo juke for myself but right now I don't have the space, so hopefully ill find another cheap deal like this one on the future. Im also keeping one amp, as they really work nice. Anyway, thanks for reading and if anyone else has any questions, ill be more ethan glad to help.
