PSA: You'll have to reinstall CRT Emudriver if you update to Windows 23H2

I just installed 23H2 and it apparently partially uninstalled Emudriver and my analog output defaulted to 1600x1200, which was a pain in the ass because my 5:4 LCD won't display that resolution either.

VMMaker still showed all my settings correctly, so I thought Emudriver was still installed. But then I opened Setup.exe and saw that my card was recognized but the driver itself was no longer installed.

So yeah, I hit install, and everything returned to normal, and my settings + resolutions were still present from the previous install.

Always a pain when Windows updates kill crt_emudriver. This is for Win 10, here? I can't say i've had Windows default to 1600x1200 though, that might be tricky to handle.

It's Windows 11. On a r5 430.

First time I'd seen 1600x1200 in a situation like this too. Not the most compatible mode for Windows to pick out of a hat.
