My actual Megadrive's been in storage for many years, so I don't actually want a copy of the game to do something stupid with it like, y'know, actually playing it - I'd rather play the proper arcade version in MAME. What it is, see, is I've started a little OutRun collection and I'd quite like to have a copy of MD Outrunners to add to it... but not for those feckin' prices. There's someone selling the cartridge alone for £69.99. Each time it comes to within a few days of the auction ending, I send him an offer of £40 and he refuses. 3 times now it's been listed and not once has he had a single bidder (and for all I know he might've listed it many times more before this).
