Spinner Turn Count MAME

I am aware of the calculation of taking the original spinners effective tooth count x 100 turn count of our spinners but am not sure what to do when a game has counts per revolutions as well. Tempest is simple enough; 72 x 100 1200 = 6 for a TT2 spinner. But what does one do when a game has a x2 value for an additional counts per revolution, i.e., 720 skating game which has 72 teeth, but a counts per revolution multiplier (144). Would we use 144 in this case (144 x 100 1200)?
