Do you autoboot retropie with single rom with a SplashScreen like Attract Mode?

Hi mate!

I am building an arcade for a youth related NPO in my area and my question is: is it possible to autoboot a game on retro pie but with a splash screen cinematics before launching the game?

My goal is to organize tournaments, and for young people to discover real video games and reach their best scores in exchange for rewards at the end of the month... but also to create a social life. :lol
