Oh... it has been a while!

I got around to working on another vector project and had another look at this thread to update a few things that had changed since last I was at this.

I updated some info on a few posts in this thread (notably #32 and #36) to address the fact that I had noticed that links I used previously have since gone dead.

The updates keep a clear path to info necessary to make this build thing work still- and I would also add that Mario has posted a new advancemame USB-DVG image to work with a Raspberry Pi 5 !

I have one on order and will be giving it a shot as soon as those clowns at Amazon actually get it to me.

There are things to add to the horizontal build thread too.

And I really should start another thread with Robin's vstcm project (now that I have that well into production.)

Hope to see as many of you as possible at ZapCon in March!!

Bumping my own thread because of some divine intervention!
Even with the pink banner of neglect/shame.

Miss connecting with a bunch of you.

If you too have been torturing yourself with building one of these things try look at Reply#33

Or come visit and play my multi-vector machines that actually work now!!

hey bobby - hope all is well. I really love this project. Some of the spinner games I've been playing recently are a lot of fun so I know you will enjoy this one.  Been meaning to get back here more often but life keeps happening. Back in March I cut some panels for a new cab and they are just sitting there untouched...

I'd love to do a vector cab, am very interested, but time & energy poor. There's a couple of other cabs I need to do as well.

After pushing out the latest GreenAntz updates and then my accident/fall, I find myself mostly recovered physically but I misplaced my mojo somewhere. I need to find it, so a big cleanup is probably the way to go. Will be a little less hot soon, which will help.

Always looking forward to seeing updates on your projects Bobby - there's a vicarious joy to seeing somebody actually getting stuff done!

I too have had time consumed with "life" which lately doesn't involve ANY of my hobbies!
We are doing well except for the 3 month old goat who we hope will make it through whatever has ailed her.
Improving but not back to full goatie-ness yet.

And what is it you will be building in your copious amounts of free time?!

Good to hear that you have mended Andrew.  Injuries are so hard to deal with mentally these days but I should not complain.
For perspective a friend of mine and simply awesome human was killed by a shark yesterday so all things begin to fall into focus comparatively when I think about his even closer friends' and family's challenges now.

I'll hope to post some progress soon but there are other more important things to attend to for a while yet!
