Account banned - "Account compromised by spammer"

Hey i just opened this new account because my old account was banned, can someone please explain to me the reason?
 heres the mesage i get.

Sorry about the inconvenience.   :embarassed:

Over the last three days, a spammer has managed to post from eight existing user accounts.

I banned your account (and the others) to prevent the spammer from using the compromised accounts to post spam and create mischief.

Not sure how they got the login credentials for those accounts.   :dunno

Recommended actions:
- Check all your accounts (e-mail, forums, e-commerce, etc.) to see how extensive the compromise is.
- Change all passwords.
- PM me when you're ready to change your abispac account password and I'll remove the ban.   :cheers:

Thanks for the unban, you can delete abispac19792009 account if you want. And i believe my google passwords were hacked long time ago, ive never had to change this pass as i never though it was inportant, but i did change most passwords. Anyway i did change mine here to  today. Thanks alot.
