About ATOM-15 reducing the Bios size ?

Hello Guys
I´m trying to flash a 7450, able to extract the bios with atiflash no problem, but when patching the bios with ATOM-15 it reducing the 512kb to 256kb, it it normal ? On my old 5450 i patched it and bios size were identical, what i´m missing here?
