decoder prom for wiiliams defender

I am repairing a williams defender. my favorite game.
I'm doing quite well and I reprogrammed the 11 green label eproms of this game on new eproms. changed the sockets and ribbon cables. Yippee the game is working. well almost ....
I cannot modify the values in the different functions of the menu ... I replaced the 5101 rom without success. I read with attention (thank you goggle translation) the article by Bob Roberts. and I am looking to redo (if possible on a 2716 eprom) the 7641 prom decoder. or if you know where to buy one (there is only one on my cpu card) Thank you all for your help and thank you in advance.
