MAME: Final Lap R

For some reason the volume on this is so low that it can be barely heard. Is there something I am missing in relation to the volume on this rom? Sliders are at at max (all other roms are decent volume) but for some reason final lap R just sucks.

Can you turn up the system volume on the PC? Cheap workaround and even cheaper to suggest it, but hey :)
